Setting default paper type
Set the default paper type in your work space to save a step when generating report documents.
  1. 1.
    To set the default paper type for all reports, open the work space and click Properties on the right side of the screen.
  2. 2.
    In the Default Paper Type row, click the A4 value. (A4 is the default value. If it has been changed in the past, this value might read US Letter or US Legal.)
  3. 3.
    Choose the desired paper type from the drop-down menu.
  4. 4.
    Click Save.
