# ¿Dónde se almacenan las fotos, los PDF y otros archivos multimedia en la versión sin conexión de la app?

Las imágenes se almacenan en un área privada de la aplicación. Hay dos formas de exportarlas:

1. usa la [opción de exportación de imágenes sin procesar](/manual/es/report-and-run/content/images/exportar-imagenes-originales-de-un-informe.md) dentro del informe
2. usa la [herramienta de copia de seguridad/restauración](/manual/es/report-and-run/data/hacer-copia-de-seguridad-de-la-app-en-una-unidad-usb.md) que le permite exportar todos los archivos al almacenamiento, como una tarjeta SD o una unidad externa conectada
