# ¿Cómo recupero o veo mis informes anteriores después de cambiar o perder mi teléfono/dispositivo?

## **Report and Run: Cloud**

* Si estabas usando la versión en la nube de Report and Run, [inicia sesión en la nube](https://app.reportandrun.com) para acceder a tus informes.

## **Report and Run: Sin conexión**

* Los informes creados con la versión sin conexión se almacenan solo en el dispositivo en el que fueron creados. Si cambiaste de teléfono, no podrás recuperar esos informes de forma remota.
* Si anteriormente enviaste por correo electrónico un informe a un contacto, es posible que puedas recuperar una copia de la carpeta de enviados de tu correo electrónico.
* Si tienes acceso a tu teléfono antiguo, puedes [exportar los informes a JREP](#report-and-run-offline) y [importarlos](/manual/es/report-and-run/data/import-jrep.md) a tu nuevo teléfono.
