# ¿Cómo recupero informes, archivos o documentos eliminados en la app?

## Report and Run: Cloud

Puedes encontrar los informes e imágenes eliminados en la papelera, tanto desde el portal web como desde la aplicación móvil Report and Run: Integrate. Sin embargo, una vez que hayas vaciado la papelera, los elementos se eliminan de forma permanente. 

## Report and Run: Sin conexión

Aunque la versión sin conexión de la aplicación no tiene almacenamiento en la nube ni papelera, tienes un par de opciones para recuperar los informes eliminados:

* Revisa la carpeta de enviados de tu correo electrónico para encontrar copias de elementos de Report and Run enviados previamente.
* Revisa la galería de fotos de tu dispositivo. Si tienes habilitada la opción "Guardar imágenes en la galería" en Report and Run, es posible que encuentres allí imágenes de informes guardadas.
