# ¿Por qué no puedo iniciar sesión o acceder a la versión en la nube de la app desde mi escritorio/ordenador?

Hay algunas razones por las que podría no poder iniciar sesión en la versión en la nube de la aplicación desde su computadora:

* Si no está [suscrito](/manual/es/report-and-run-integrate/quick-start-guide/suscribirse.md) a la versión en la nube de la aplicación, no tendrá una cuenta en la nube. Report and Run: Offline es un sistema independiente que no tiene almacenamiento en la nube.
* Si *está* suscrito a la versión en la nube, asegúrese de usar la misma dirección de correo electrónico cuando inicie sesión en el portal web que la que usa cuando inicia sesión en la aplicación móvil. 
* Si nunca ha iniciado sesión en el portal web, es posible que necesite [solicitar una nueva contraseña](https://app.reportandrun.com/users/password/new).
