# ¿Por qué la app se cierra inesperadamente o la cámara no funciona cuando intento tomar una foto?

Si la aplicación se cierra inesperadamente o la cámara no funciona, asegúrate de: 

* la aplicación tiene permiso para usar la cámara
* tienes espacio libre en tu dispositivo
* tu cámara funciona (intenta tomar una foto fuera de la aplicación)
* estás usando la versión más reciente de la aplicación y tu sistema operativo está actualizado

También puedes intentar reiniciar tu dispositivo y volver a intentarlo.
