# ¿Por qué no puedo crear nuevos informes?

Si no puedes crear un nuevo informe:

* asegúrate de que tu teléfono tenga suficiente espacio libre para añadir nuevos archivos
* asegúrate de estar usando la última versión de la app y de que tu sistema operativo esté actualizado
* si no te has suscrito, es posible que te hayas quedado sin informes para el mes (el límite se restablecerá el primer día del nuevo mes)
* prueba a reiniciar tu dispositivo e intentarlo de nuevo
