# ¿Cómo puedo recuperar fotos e informes eliminados?

## Report and Run: Cloud

Puedes encontrar imágenes e informes eliminados en la papelera, tanto en el portal web como en la aplicación móvil Report and Run: Integrate.

## Report and Run: Sin conexión

Aunque la versión sin conexión de la aplicación no tiene almacenamiento en la nube ni papelera, tienes un par de opciones para recuperar imágenes e informes eliminados:

* Revisa la carpeta de enviados de tu correo electrónico para encontrar copias de elementos de Report and Run enviados previamente.
* Revisa la galería de fotos de tu dispositivo. Si tienes habilitada la opción "Guardar imágenes en la galería" en Report and Run, es posible que encuentres allí imágenes de informes guardadas.
