# ¿Cómo soluciono problemas con cargas pendientes, duplicados o informes que no se guardan o no se sincronizan?

Si experimenta este tipo de problemas, asegúrese de: 

* tu cuenta en la nube tiene [espacio para imágenes adicionales](/manual/es/readme/account-management/check-image-limit.md).
* la aplicación está abierta mientras se sube a la nube (no se subirá en segundo plano).
* revise la [subida pendiente](/manual/es/report-and-run-integrate/offline-mode/view-pending-uploads.md):
  * Si la subida pendiente indica que el elemento está en la papelera, por favor [restaure el elemento de la papelera](/manual/es/report-and-run-integrate/content/trash/restore-from-trash.md) para permitir que se suba.
  * Si la subida pendiente está dañada, puede tocarla para exportar la imagen. Una vez que la imagen se haya guardado, puede tocar el elemento dañado y seleccionar eliminar.
