# ¿Por qué no puedo cargar imágenes en la nube?

Si no puede subir imágenes a la nube, asegúrese de que: 

* tiene permiso para añadir imágenes. Si no es así, póngase en contacto con el administrador de su cuenta y solicite permiso para realizar la acción.
* la aplicación tiene [permiso para acceder a la galería y a la cámara](/manual/es/report-and-run-integrate/content/images/add-image-from-gallery.md).
* su dispositivo tiene espacio de almacenamiento para imágenes adicionales. 
* tu cuenta en la nube tiene [espacio para imágenes adicionales](/manual/es/report-and-run-integrate/account-management/comprobar-limite-de-imagenes.md).
