# ¿Cómo obtengo un reembolso de mi suscripción?

Los reembolsos se ofrecen de forma discrecional. Sin embargo, entendemos que el servicio puede no ser lo que está buscando.

Si te suscribiste desde un iPhone o iPad, puedes solicitar un [reembolso directamente a Apple](https://support.apple.com/en-au/118223).

Si te suscribiste desde un dispositivo Android, por favor [escríbenos por correo electrónico](/manual/es/faq/c169/q575.md) desde la dirección de correo electrónico con la que se realizó la compra e incluye el número del recibo (empezará con "GPA," seguido de una serie de números).

Si te suscribiste desde nuestro portal web, contáctanos desde la dirección de correo electrónico con la que se realizó la compra.
