# ¿Cómo renuevo mi suscripción en la app móvil?

## **Report and Run: Sin conexión**

* La suscripción debería renovarse automáticamente cada año. Si ha cancelado su cuenta, deberá [volver a suscribirte](/manual/es/report-and-run/subscription/how-to-subscribe.md).
* No necesitas una cuenta de Report and Run para suscribirte.

## **Report and Run: Cloud**

* Si tienes una suscripción con renovación automática, no tendrás que hacer nada.
* Si tienes una suscripción de prepago, puedes volver a suscribirte desde el portal web.
* Si te suscribiste desde la aplicación móvil, entonces debes volver a suscribirte desde la misma plataforma (iOS o Android) en la que hiciste la suscripción original.
