# Establecer la duración predeterminada del almacenamiento

1. Para establecer la duración de almacenamiento predeterminada para todos los informes, abre el espacio de trabajo y haz clic en **Propiedades** en el lado derecho de la pantalla.\

2. En la *Duración predeterminada de almacenamiento de documentos* fila, haga clic en el **Archivo** valor. (Archivo es el valor predeterminado. Si se ha cambiado en el pasado, este valor podría decir *1 hora*, *1 día*, o *1 semana*.)\

3. Elige la duración deseada en el menú desplegable.\
