# How can I share reports in the cloud version of the app?

Sharing reports is one of the benefits of the cloud version. You can easily share reports by:

1. Inviting users [into your account](/manual/report-and-run-integrate/collaboration/invite-a-user-into-your-space.md)
2. Inviting users to [view a report](/manual/report-and-run-integrate/collaboration/invite-a-user-into-a-report.md) (they won't be counted in your user limit)
3. Exporting to [PDF or DOCX file](/manual/report-and-run-integrate/report-generation/share-a-report.md#download-and-share)
4. Sharing [a link](/manual/report-and-run-integrate/report-generation/share-a-report.md#share-with-public-url)
