We don't have an image editing tool for single images. That said, the image builder allows images to be cropped, rotated, and adjusted before being added to a new composition.
How do I rotate images within the app or report?
Report and Run: Integrate > Content > Image Builder > Crop an image
Report and Run: Integrate > Content > Image Builder > Adjust brightness and contrast
Report and Run: Offline > Content > Images > Add image from Image Builder
