# How do I create separate workspaces with unique text templates?

With Report and Run: Cloud, your subscription is tied to a single workspace. If you have a lot of text templates, you can add a prefix to the template name so it's easier to find in a search. 

Report and Run: Offline is not a cloud-based subscription and [creating multiple workspaces](/manual/report-and-run/content/spaces/create-new-space.md) is possible. However, for a simple solution, you could follow the same approach and add a prefix to the text template name.
