With Report and Run: Cloud, your subscription is tied to a single workspace. If you have a lot of text templates, you can add a prefix to the template name so it's easier to find in a search.
Report and Run: Offline is not a cloud-based subscription and creating multiple workspaces is possible. However, for a simple solution, you could follow the same approach and add a prefix to the text template name.
