# How do I recover deleted reports, files, or documents in the app? ## Report and Run: Cloud You can find deleted reports and images in the trash, from both the web portal and the Report and Run: Integrate mobile app. However, once you have emptied the trash, items are permanently deleted. ## Report and Run: Offline While the offline version of the app doesn't have cloud storage or a trash bin, you have a couple of options for retrieving deleted reports: * Check your email's sent folder to find copies of previously sent Report and Run items. * Check your device's photo gallery.
