Here are some common issues:
The password reset email is being sent to your spam folder. Check spam or junk and try again.
You are logging in with the wrong email address. Make sure the email address you used for the password reset is associated with your cloud account and is spelled correctly.
You use the Report and Run: Offline app. This version of the app does not include cloud storage and users do not have a cloud account.
