How do I fix issues with pending uploads, duplicates, or reports that aren’t saving or syncing betwe

There are a couple issues to check:

  • Make sure your account has space for additional images to be added

  • Keep the app open whilst it is uploading as it won't upload in the background

  • If the pending upload says that the item is in the trash, please restore the item from the trash to allow it to be uploaded.

  • If the pending upload is corrupted, you can tap it to export the image. Once the images have been saved, you can tap and select delete.
