How do I fix issues with pending uploads, duplicates, or reports that aren’t saving or syncing?

If you are experiencing these types of issues, please make sure:

  • your cloud account has space for additional images.

  • the app is open while uploading to the cloud (it won't upload in the background).

  • you check the pending upload:

    • If the pending upload says the item is in the trash, please restore the item from trash to allow it to be uploaded.

    • If the pending upload is corrupted, you can tap it to export the image. Once the image has been saved, you can tap the corrupted item and select delete.
