Why isn’t the app syncing across my devices or with the cloud, and How do I resolve this issue?

There are a couple of things to check:

  • Make sure you are using the cloud version of the app and not the offline version

  • Make sure to keep the app open whilst it is uploading to the cloud

  • Make sure you have space for additional images in your cloud account
