If you cannot upload images to the cloud, please make sure:
you have permission to add images. If not, please contact your account administrator and request permission to perform the action.
the app has permission to access the gallery and camera.
your device has storage for additional images.
your cloud account has space for additional images.
If you have received an error message or believe there is an issue with the app, please contact us with screenshots and any relevant error logs.
