Why am I unable to upload images to the cloud?

There are a couple of reasons that you may be unable to upload images to the cloud:

  • Make sure you have permission to add images. If not, please contact your account administrator and request permission to perform the action.

  • Make sure the app has permission to access the gallery and camera.

  • Make sure your device has free storage for addition images. The app must store the images before they can be uploaded.

  • Make sure you account has space for additional images.

If you believe that there is an error, please contact us with screenshots and any relevant error logs.
