Check your subscription status wherever you made the purchase (Google Playarrow-up-right, Apple App Storearrow-up-right, or the Report and Run web portalarrow-up-right).
Once you have confirmed your subscription is active, open Report and Run: Offline and tap Restore Subscription at the bottom of the subscription page.
Please note that if you subscribed on an Android device, you won't be able to access that subscription on an iPhone or iPad and vice versa.
If you cannot restore your subscription, please contact support.
