Why can't I pay for the subscription on the web portal?

If you are unable to pay for a subscription:

  • Check that your payment method is up‑to‑date

  • Check that you are using the correct name and address for the card details

The web portal will not allow you to create a new payment until previous unsuccessful payments have been resolved. If you have received an error after attempting a payment:

  • Click the "cancel" option in the error banner on the subscription page
