Why can't I pay for the subscription?

If a payment is not successfully completed, the web portal will not allow you to create a new payment until the old one has been resolved.

Things to try:

  • Check that your payment method is up‑to‑date

  • Check that you are using the correct name and address for the card details

  • If the payment fails, try the "cancel" option in the error banner on the subscription page
