Why am I being asked to subscribe to the premium version even though my subscription is active?

Try restoring the subscription on your device (tap Restore Subscription at the bottom of the subscription page in Report and Run:Offline).

Please note that if you subscribed on an Android device, you won't be able to access that subscription on an iPhone or iPad and vice versa.
