# Como crio um novo modelo de relatório com campos personalizados?

Você pode criar um modelo de relatório com campos personalizados no portal da web Report and Run: Cloud. 

1. [Criar um modelo de relatório](/manual/pt-br/readme/customization/report-templates/create-a-new-report-template.md) e marque a *Personalizar* caixa. 
2. Adicione campos personalizados existentes ou crie um novo campo nesta tela. 
3. O modelo que você criar no portal da web então [aparecerá como uma opção](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run-integrate/content/reports/create-a-report-from-template.md) no app móvel Report and Run: Integrate. 

O recurso de modelo de relatório não está disponível no aplicativo offline.
