# Como recupero ou vejo meus relatórios anteriores depois de trocar ou perder meu telefone/dispositivo?

## **Report and Run: Cloud**

* Se você estava usando a versão na nuvem do Report and Run, [faça login na nuvem](https://app.reportandrun.com) para acessar seus relatórios.

## **Report and Run: Offline**

* Os relatórios criados usando a versão offline são armazenados apenas no dispositivo em que foram criados. Se você trocou de telefone, não será possível recuperar esses relatórios remotamente.
* Se você tiver enviado anteriormente um relatório por e-mail para um contato, talvez consiga recuperar uma cópia na pasta de itens enviados do seu e-mail.
* Se você ainda tiver acesso ao seu telefone antigo, você pode [exportar os relatórios para JREP](#report-and-run-offline) e [importá-los](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run/data/import-jrep.md) para o seu novo telefone.
