# Como recupero relatórios, arquivos ou documentos excluídos no app?

## Report and Run: Cloud

Você pode encontrar relatórios e imagens excluídos na lixeira, tanto no portal da web quanto no aplicativo móvel Report and Run: Integrate. No entanto, depois que você esvaziar a lixeira, os itens serão excluídos permanentemente. 

## Report and Run: Offline

Embora a versão offline do aplicativo não tenha armazenamento em nuvem nem lixeira, você tem algumas opções para recuperar relatórios excluídos:

* Verifique a pasta de enviados do seu e-mail para encontrar cópias de itens do Report and Run enviados anteriormente.
* Verifique a galeria de fotos do seu dispositivo. Se você tiver a configuração "Salvar imagens na galeria" ativada no Report and Run, talvez encontre ali as imagens dos relatórios salvas.
