# Não estou recebendo um e-mail de redefinição de senha - o que posso fazer?

Aqui estão alguns problemas comuns:

* O e-mail de redefinição de senha está sendo enviado para a sua pasta de spam. Verifique o spam ou lixo eletrônico e tente novamente.
* Você está fazendo login com o endereço de e-mail errado. Verifique se o endereço de e-mail usado para a redefinição de senha está associado à sua conta na nuvem e se está escrito corretamente. 
* Você usa o aplicativo Report and Run: Offline. Esta versão do aplicativo não inclui armazenamento na nuvem e os usuários não têm uma conta na nuvem.
