# Por que não consigo criar novos relatórios?

Se você não conseguir criar um novo relatório:

* verifique se seu telefone tem espaço livre suficiente para adicionar novos arquivos
* verifique se você está usando a versão mais recente do app e se seu sistema operacional está atualizado
* se você não tiver assinado, talvez tenha ficado sem relatórios no mês (o limite será redefinido no primeiro dia do novo mês)
* tente reiniciar o seu dispositivo e tentar novamente
