# Como posso recuperar fotos e relatórios excluídos?

## Report and Run: Cloud

Você pode encontrar imagens e relatórios excluídos na lixeira, tanto no portal web quanto no aplicativo móvel Report and Run: Integrate.

## Report and Run: Offline

Embora a versão offline do aplicativo não tenha armazenamento em nuvem nem uma lixeira, você tem algumas opções para recuperar imagens e relatórios excluídos:

* Verifique a pasta de enviados do seu e-mail para encontrar cópias de itens do Report and Run enviados anteriormente.
* Verifique a galeria de fotos do seu dispositivo. Se você tiver a configuração "Salvar imagens na galeria" ativada no Report and Run, talvez encontre ali as imagens dos relatórios salvas.
