# Como corrijo problemas com envios pendentes, duplicatas ou relatórios que não estão salvando ou sincronizando?

Se você estiver enfrentando esses tipos de problemas, verifique: 

* sua conta na nuvem tem [espaço para imagens adicionais](/manual/pt-br/readme/account-management/check-image-limit.md).
* o app esteja aberto enquanto faz o upload para a nuvem (ele não fará upload em segundo plano).
* você verifica o [envio pendente](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run-integrate/offline-mode/view-pending-uploads.md):
  * Se o envio pendente indicar que o item está na lixeira, por favor [restaure o item da lixeira](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run-integrate/content/trash/restore-from-trash.md) para permitir que ele seja enviado.
  * Se o envio pendente estiver corrompido, você pode tocar nele para exportar a imagem. Depois que a imagem for salva, você pode tocar no item corrompido e selecionar excluir.
