# Por que o aplicativo não sincroniza entre meus dispositivos ou com a nuvem e como resolvo esse problema?

Se você estiver enfrentando um problema de sincronização, certifique-se de que: 

* você está usando a versão na nuvem do app e não a versão offline.
* o app esteja aberto enquanto faz o upload para a nuvem (ele não fará upload em segundo plano).
