# Por que não consigo enviar imagens para a nuvem?

Se você não conseguir enviar imagens para a nuvem, verifique se: 

* você tem permissão para adicionar imagens. Caso contrário, entre em contato com o administrador da sua conta e solicite permissão para realizar a ação.
* o app tem [permissão para acessar a galeria e a câmera](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run-integrate/content/images/add-image-from-gallery.md).
* seu dispositivo tem espaço de armazenamento para imagens adicionais. 
* sua conta na nuvem tem [espaço para imagens adicionais](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run-integrate/account-management/ver-limite-de-imagens.md).
