# Meus relatórios não estão sendo gerados ou exibidos corretamente em formato PDF – como corrijo isso?

Se seus relatórios não salvarem, não imprimirem ou não exibirem texto e imagens corretamente (por exemplo, caracteres ausentes, imagens distorcidas), tente: 

* **(somente iOS)** Alterando o PDF para a versão 2: tela PDF > configurações > outros > versão do PDF > 2
* Atualizando os drivers do seu computador e impressora

* Imprimindo o documento de um dispositivo diferente (Windows, Android, iOS)
