# O que devo fazer se o aplicativo falhar ao converter arquivos ou exportar relatórios para PDF e mostrar erros?

Se você estiver recebendo erros ao converter arquivos ou exportar relatórios:

1. verifique se você tem espaço suficiente no seu dispositivo
2. veja se você consegue converter outros relatórios (o problema pode ser uma imagem não compatível no relatório)
3. atualize o app e o seu dispositivo
4. reinicie o dispositivo e tente novamente
