# Por que minha assinatura aparece como inativa ou não é reconhecida pelo aplicativo depois que paguei?

Verifique o status da sua assinatura no local onde você fez a compra ([Google Play](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7673989), [Apple App Store](https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iph4e3e7324f/ios), ou a [portal web Report and Run](https://app.reportandrun.com/)).

Depois de confirmar que sua assinatura está ativa, abra Report and Run: Offline e toque em [Restaurar assinatura](/manual/pt-br/report-and-run/subscription/how-to-subscribe.md) na parte inferior da página da assinatura.

Observe que, se você assinou em um dispositivo Android, não conseguirá acessar essa assinatura em um iPhone ou iPad, e vice-versa.
