# Por que não consigo pagar a assinatura no portal da web?

Se você não conseguir pagar por uma assinatura: 

* Verifique se o seu método de pagamento está atualizado
* Verifique se você está usando o nome e o endereço corretos nos dados do cartão

O portal web não permitirá que você crie um novo pagamento até que os pagamentos anteriores malsucedidos sejam resolvidos. Se você recebeu um erro após tentar fazer um pagamento:

* Clique na opção "cancelar" na faixa de erro na página da assinatura
