# Como cancelo minha assinatura?

**Se você assinou pela App Store:**

* [Siga as instruções da Apple para cancelar sua assinatura](https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT202039)

**Se você assinou pelo Google Play:**

* [Siga as instruções do Google para cancelar sua assinatura](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481)
* Como alternativa, você pode cancelar sua assinatura pelo [portal da web do Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions)
* Se você não conseguir localizar a tela da assinatura, por favor [nos enviar](/manual/pt-br/faq/c169/q575.md) o número do recibo do Google Play. O número do recibo começará com as letras "GPA", seguidas de uma sequência de números. Assim que recebermos essa informação, cancelaremos sua assinatura manualmente.
