# Set contact details

1. Click **Properties** on the right side of your work space.\

2. The Contact Name, Email, and Phone are listed near the top of the page. The default value is *Not Set*.
3. In the contact field you want to edit, click ***Not Set***. \

4. Enter your text. Click **Save**.\

5. The contact details will be displayed on the next screen. They will also appear in the work space, folders, and reports. \
