Delete an item with a report
Delete images, sections, and other items from a report.
Click on the item you want to delete.
Click the small downward arrow on the right side of the screen (near the Follow-up button).
Click Delete from the drop-down menu.
Click OK to confirm deletion.
Click on the item you want to delete.
Click Delete from the drop-down menu.
Click OK to confirm deletion.
A confirmation banner will appear at the top of the screen with a link to undo.
