# Use a text template
1. To use a text template, click on a report and navigate to where you want to apply the template (example: open or create a new image).\
2. Click **Apply Text Template**.
3. Choose the template from the list.\
4. The template text will appear in the *Description* box. Click **Update** to save changes.\

You can apply multiple text templates and they will be appended after one below the other.
