Remove unneeded reports after you've generated them.
Open the report.
Click Publish.
Click Versions from the drop-down menu.
Click the downward arrow to the right of the file you want to delete.
Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
Be sure to remove the report from the trash so it does not count against your image capacity.
