# Set default image resolution

1. Click **Properties** on the right side of your work space.\

3. Click the image resolution drop-down menu to select a new max image resolution: 2048, 1024, or 512.\

4. Click **Save**.\

5. The new max resolution will apply to images uploaded across your work space.

To set a different max image resolution for a folder or report, open the folder or report and follow the same steps: click Properties > adjust Max Image Resolution value > click Save.
