# Share a published report

1. Publish a report as either a PDF or DOCX.&#x20;
2. Click **Publish** at the top of the report screen and select **Versions** from the drop-down menu.\

3. Click the downward arrow to the right of the report you want to share.&#x20;
4. Select **Share with URL** from the drop-down menu. \

5. You can type a message that will appear to users who click your link. If you type a message, click **Update**.\

6. Copy the URL. \

7. Users will see a screen similar to this when they visit the URL: \
