# Time zone

1. Follow the basic [report generation steps](https://docs.reportandrun.com/manual/readme/report-generation/generate-a-pdf), but click **More Settings** before creating the report.\

2. Choose a time zone from the *Time zone* drop-down menu. \

3. Click **Create**.\

4. On the report document generated, times will appear in the time zone you selected.
