Invite a user into your space

Allow other users to view, create, edit, delete, share, export, or admin your cloud space.

  1. Tap the information icon 🛈 at the top of the home screen.

  2. Tap Invite.

  3. Type the recipient's email address in the invite email to collaborate field.

  4. Check any privileges you would like to grant (example: Can create, Can edit all, Can invite ...) Note: check the Can export privileges if you want the user to generate PDF reports.

  5. Tap the Send button at the bottom of the screen to email the invitation.

  6. You will see a confirmation screen with the user's privileges summarized. The invited user must accept the invitation sent to their inbox to gain access.

The invited user can access Report and Run: Cloud from the web, or from the Report and Run: Integrate app available on the Google Play Store and App Store.
