Add an image to your report.
Scroll down below the image to the Follow on Images section.

Tap on the image.
Tap the Image Builder icon.
Tap the empty image block to upload the follow up/after image.
Choose Image from Camera to take a photo and upload it. Choose Image(s) from Gallery to upload one or more images you already have saved to your device.
Tap the Save icon in the lower right to save your changes.
