# Share a PDF

### Download and Share

1. Generate a PDF.
2. Tap the three vertical dots to the right of the report name.\

3. Select **Share** from the menu.\

4. Your device's sharing options will appear (messaging, social media, save to files). Choose an option to send a copy of your PDF.

### Share with Public URL

1. Generate a PDF.
2. Tap the three vertical dots to the right of the report name.\

3. Select **Share with Public URL** from the menu.\

4. Add an optional message. Click **Share**.  \

5. Your device's sharing options will appear (messaging, social media). Choose an option to send a *link* to your PDF.
