# Generate a PDF

1. Tap on a report to open it.\

2. Tap **Share** at the bottom-right corner of the report.\

3. Tap **Add (+)** at the bottom-right corner.\

4. Select the desired PDF output layout (large images with text beneath, image with text on the side, many images per page).\

5. Give the report a new name, if desired.&#x20;
6. Tap the **checkmark** at the bottom-right corner of the screen.\

7. The report will show a "working" message as it generates. \

8. Tap the three vertical dots to the right of the report name.\

9. Select **Show** from the menu.\

10. The report will show on your device.
