# Backup app to USB drive

1. Plug your USB storage device into the phone or tablet where Report and Run is installed.
2. Open the Report and Run: Offline app and tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.

3. Tap **Settings**.

4. Tap **Backup**.&#x20;

5. Tap **Select Location**. Locate a destination folder or create a new folder on your USB drive for the backup.

6. &#x20;Tap **Backup**.

7. Report and Run will show a *Success!* message when your app is backed up.&#x20;
